If you wish to exchange part of your order or if you are not satisfied with some of the items you purchased, Manx Rigging + accepts returns of unused, unopened, and undamaged items for up to 14 days after the delivery date
Customised items cannot be returned unless Manx Rigging made a mistake. We are not responsible for wrong measurements provided to us by the customer.
If you purchased a sale item or used a discount code 20% or greater on your order the items are deemed FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. You will not be credited back for any shipping fees.
All eligible returns must be received within 14 business days of the shipment delivery date. Returns outside of this 14-day limit will not be eligible for a return.
Customers are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s). Please provide us with a tracking number when shipping your return or exchange. Manx Rigging + is not responsible for any item(s) lost or damaged in the return shipping process.

To initiate a return, please email us with your order number, the name of the item(s) and the reason(s) for the return at order@manxrigging.com and we will let you know how to proceed.
